Recognizing that evidence-based management is as important as evidence-based clinical practice in providing quality service to our veterans, HSR&D leaders are committed to expanding their investment in organizational and management research. We have two broad objectives:

  • To introduce some of the basic issues in conducting management research, drawing heavily from two MDRC-sponsored meetings
  • To provide an ongoing information exchange on management research in VA.
